Juan Carlos Casas started renovating houses because he owned them.
In 2011, Juan was a real estate investor in the CSRA working on his own properties. People noticed the quality of the work, and word spread. What started as renovating his own portfolio became a full renovation company serving homeowners, investors, and real estate agents across Augusta, Evans, Martinez, Grovetown, and the surrounding area.
Being an investor changed how he builds. Juan knows what a renovation actually returns, where the money is well spent, and where a contractor is just running up the bill. Clients get a contractor who will talk them out of spending money when it doesn't make sense — which is why so many of them come back, and why real estate agents keep sending referrals more than a decade later.
Juan lives in Evans, GA with his wife of 27 years and their three sons, Carlo, Oscar, and Adrian. When he's not on a job site, he's coaching youth soccer — something he's done for over 10 years — or training for his next half marathon.
