1. Free Consultation
We come out, walk the space, and listen. You'll get honest feedback on what's realistic for your budget and timeline — including if we think you shouldn't do it. No charge and no obligation.
2. Written, Itemized Estimate
Within 3 business days you'll get a detailed estimate broken out by materials and labor, with a projected timeline. If you want to compare it to other bids, it's laid out clearly enough to do that.
3. Contract & Payment Schedule
Before any work starts, you sign a contract covering scope, materials, timeline, and a payment schedule tied to completed milestones — not a large deposit up front.
4. Construction
You get one point of contact for the whole project. We communicate schedule changes as soon as we know about them, and our crews clean the site at the end of each day.
5. Walkthrough & Punch List
When the work is done, we walk it together. You make a list of anything that isn't right, and it gets corrected before final payment.
6. Warranty
All workmanship is warrantied for 1 year. If something we installed fails, we come back.
